The flag of this neighborhood in Northwest Denver intertwines its history with Regis University. Originally, the university began as the College of the Sacred Heart in Morrison before relocating to this area in the late 1800s, occupying 40 acres of farmland generously donated by John Brisben Walker. The land not allocated for the university was subdivided to create the rest of the existing neighborhood.

The flag's design incorporates elements from the University's crest, with diagonals and the colors gold and blue, paying homage to Regis University's influence on the community. The green rows on the flag poignantly symbolize the crops that once thrived in the area's fertile soil, serving as a reminder of the neighborhood's agrarian roots. This flag serves as a poignant emblem of the neighborhood's rich history and its enduring connection to the university.
